Happy Sunday. I hope you are enjoying coffee or tea or brunch or whatever makes you happy. To the right I’m posting a quick picture of this salted cream iced coffee I made once from this recipe my brother found and sent on to me… in hopes I’d make it for him eventually… which I did after my own testing. I’m one of those who loves a touch of salt in sweet things. Oddly enough, I’m also one who doesn’t require loads of salt in savory dishes. Go figure. I love this creamy, salty iced coffee! It takes a touch of work to create; but, of course, it’s worth the effort. There is only one problem with this recipe: since the cream is salted, you really don’t want to lick the whippers after making the whipped cream, which is a bummer cause that’s the fun part of making whipped cream. Unless you have this thing for salty whipped cream, which is just weird. Well, if you do, I’ll just call you quirky! Coffee lovers, join me and let’s make this before winter falls and all we want is hot coffee, red wine and chili.
